Kepler Dynamix, LLC

Kepler Dynamix emerged from a group of passionate mathematicians dedicated to problem-solving. Through years of developing affirmative action programs and in-depth data analysis, we identified a gap in the market: many offerings lacked actionable insights.

Recognizing the underutilization of Microsoft 365 tools and the growing need for automation, our team saw an opportunity to leverage our expertise. Not only are we adept at crafting Affirmative Action Programs for government contractors and sub-contractors, but we also excel in creating custom neural networks to address complex business challenges. Surprisingly, many of the solutions for AI and automation already exist within the Microsoft 365 suite, often already part of your investment. With our extensive experience in OFCCP compliance and a robust set of analytical and technical skills, Kepler Dynamix was founded to guide companies into the modern era, unlocking the full potential of existing technologies.

We are dedicated to delivering superior analysis, enhancing workplace efficiency through machine learning and automation, and devising comprehensive affirmative action programs tailored to your needs. Beyond our immediate services, we are committed to contributing a portion of our proceeds and operational time towards advancing mathematical research, thereby broadening the horizons of possibility and knowledge.

Values

We believe mathematical research is deeply important. Throughout human history, our spirit for curiosity and innovation has been the driving force behind everything we’ve done or will do. All new technology is built on a foundation of mathematics and it’s the advancement of mathematics that allows us to explore ideas previously unimagined. The Greek mathematicians contemplating prime numbers and their properties could never have guessed how the theories they had derived would apply to modern cryptography. When Gauss developed modular arithmetic in 1801 he wasn’t thinking about its significance to computer science. When Heisenberg first developed the mathematics for quantum mechanics in 1925 he was not considering how it would apply to quantum computers 28 years before IBM released the world’s first scientific computer. Yet, in each one of these cases, without these mathematical advancements none of the things we would consider common place would even be possible. It is the development of mathematics that allows us as a civilization to expand what is possible and allows the future to use these discoveries in applied ways. It is with that spirit in mind that Kepler Dynamix focuses some of its operational time to the research and development on currently unsolved open problems in mathematics. Through the advancement of mathematics, we will achieve a future not yet imagined.
